Megaformer Class

All levels. Full body, high intensity, low impact workout that brings the most challenging elements of pilates and combines them with strength training. Suitable for all fitness levels. 50 minutes.

An enhanced Megaformer class that incorporates high intensity cardio on the Woodway Curve Treadmill to really get your heart racing. 25 minutes on the Megaformer + 20 minutes of heart pumping intervals on the Woodway Curve treadmill.
